Superb Staff at Mayfaire
Hello! I am one of the "long-termers" at Mayfaire. I have known some of the staff members for many, many years, and they ... are all fantastic and highly professional. Brodrick knows his job very well, and is always on top of things. He is such a hard worker and has a very laid-back and cheerful attitude, while tackling challenging tasks. I don't know how he does what he does! He has had to come out on call more than once when my water heater and my neighbor's water heater leaked/burst, late at night. He never griped, and directed us what to do in a calm manner, until he got there. He is always receptive to questions, and I think he deserves kudos and whatever promotions he is able to receive. This is a great place to live. Probably my favorite apartment of all the places I have lived. They take such good care of ... the property and the entire staff is super friendly and responsive. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any issues, not that they happen often. Other residents are very friendly and great location. Highly recommend! Hope to live here for many years to come! Within walking distance of a grocery and many more options, this quiet little neighborhood is very pet friendly and is full ... of respectful neighbors. Staff are on the ball and always very quick with replies and help. This place has great floor plans, high ceilings, and bathroom fixtures built for people over 6". There is a fair amount of built in storage in the apartments and the patios are spacious. AT&T Fiber is in the area and each apartment is set up for it -- Highly suggested! The only issues I've had here are the pine tree that overhangs my assigned parking spot, resulting in sap all over my car, and the area seems to be abysmal for cell service for many providers. You can hear upstairs neighbors pretty frequently, but it's typically not bad. Never once had issues with theft of packages or car break-ins. Mild things to be aware of: There are people that will park for weeks to months in a "free" spot or park in handicap spots without handicap tags and occasionally you may find areas where there has been people clearly not cleaning up after their dogs. The pool has a funny shape. The US Mail will overfill your mailbox if you give them the opportunity to. All in all, the pros far outweigh the cons of this complex and if I were not moving north, I would have elected to stay here. First of all I've lived probably at Mayfair a total of 9 years with a 8 month break it is a nice smaller community the staff ... are great however these apartments are 30 years old and most still having appliances from the mid-90s however the rent will always go up 40 to $60 at your renewal and now they have added a new monthly fee for trash and having extermination services I guess next they will start charging you to park your vehicle at this time I am deciding what I will continue to live here I'll go and pay a little more something more nearly an updated and not being charged a fee for everything. OUR RESIDENTS LOVE LIVING HERE
All of the office staff knew me by name and went above and beyond to assist me however they could. I cannot emphasize enough how good of an experience I had at Mayfaire - this is the best complex I have ever lived in!

Mayfaire Apartments are like a little jewel in the north Raleigh area. Nestled on a hill surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and gorgeous red maples, It is close to shopping areas, very pet friendly
